Open for Business City Ratings (2022)
The Open For Business City Ratings were first published in 2018 and updated in 2020. Two years later, this report provides the third version of the Ratings, analyzing the latest data on 145 cities and presenting a consolidated view of how inclusive and competitive each city is. To do this, we synthesize this data into the Open For Business City Ratings. They are intended to present a guide to which cities are open, inclusive and competitive – and which are not.
